At Exclusive Scents, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature fragrance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all unopened and gently tested products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the fragrance in its original designer box and use the protective bubble wrap provided to ensure the glass bottle remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
